Alex is a proven senior leader who thrives on collaborating with creative-minded people. His ultimate goal is to create compelling and engaging content that drives measurable growth. He is a born networker focused on fostering strong relationships that return positive outcomes for both his colleagues and clients.
Alex joined the IMPACT team as it's Creative Director & Video Manager. In this dual role, he strives to further enhance the creative cohesion between the design, development and video departments.
In 2008 Alex co-founded GEM Advertising, an international award-winning agency. In his role, he was instrumental in creating GEM's core values, systems, processes, and creative direction for a decade. GEM Advertising was named the 3rd fastest growing company in the state of Connecticut in 2017. It also ranked 725th on Inc. Magazines coveted 5000 fastest growing companies in the USA list.
Prior to GEM, Alex worked in the feature film and music video industry. Those experiences landed him on productions with the likes of; Lil Wayne, Birdman, Rick Ross, Travis Porter, Mike Jones, Killer Mike, and Outkast. His independent films have been featured in multiple international film festivals as well as on Netflix. His work has won multiple Telly, Aurora, and Davey Awards.

After graduating from the University of Minnesota, Will began his professional journey in an entrepreneurial way. He and his college roommate founded a media production company catered specifically to showcasing real estate, called Oneshot Media. Although the business started out as a full-suite provider of real estate photos, videos, & 3D Tours, their main offering began to evolve into creating large video campaigns for big-name real estate clients to begin to nurture their online reputations with consistent social media/YouTube content.
These new offerings grew Will's role within the company to become the Video Strategist for their team, and his role was to work with clients to complete their objectives with video. Oneshot Media is still a thriving real estate showcasing company in the Minnesota Metro, and Will has become a hands-off co-owner of the business.
Since building himself out of Oneshot Media, Will now works as a Video Sales & Marketing Consultant for IMPACT. His role is to work with our clients to hire and train an in-house videography team. He meets with his clients on a weekly basis to advise the sales & marketing departments on how to leverage a video department focused specifically on creating inbound content.
When Will isn't navigating our clients through the world of inbound video, you can find him outdoors doing something adventurous like rock climbing, snowboarding, biking, or camping. He also is an avid video creator and a musician.
