* Assigned Inbound Experts provide your team concierge service throughout the event. Not only will they help your group with questions, meeting arrangements, sponsor introductions, etc., but they will get to know your team and your business needs. After the event concludes, you’ll have a follow-up call with your Inbound Expert to solidify your roadmap and your post-conference direction.

All-Access tickets are $599. As the name implies, these give you access to all sessions on both days in addition to breakfast and lunch, the Opening Night Welcome Party on Monday, and the Cocktail Hour and Evening Party on Tuesday.

VIP tickets are $999. VIP ticket holders receive all the benefits of All-Access plus premium seating, speaker meet and greets, signed books, a VIP dinner on Tuesday, and open bar during the Opening Night Networking Party on Monday, and the Cocktail Hour and Evening Party on Tuesday.

IMPACT Live for Teams 

When you bring your group to IMPACT Live, they get so much more than an immersive learning experience—they get long-term change. Teams at IMPACT Live benefit from concierge-level treatment during the event and guided follow-up with an IMPACT expert after the experience, giving you the advice you need to turn takeaways into action. Risk-Free Satisfaction Guarantee

Sometimes things happen and you might have to sit this one out. If you are unable to attend IMPACT Live for any reason, you may transfer your registration to someone else up until the day of the event. Cancellations may be made up to 30 days before the event start (August 5, 2019). Please contact Jen Barrell with any changes to your registration.

While we certainly expect you’ll be delighted with what we have planned, if you find that IMPACT Live does not meet your expectations, we’ll refund your ticket fee. There are some terms though. You must have checked in to IMPACT Live before the event began at 8:00am ET on Tuesday and stayed up until the lunch break on Wednesday. Those seeking a refund should report to the Concierge Desk at lunch on Wednesday. Refunds will be authorized at the event only and the amount refunded will match only what was paid.
