(They wouldn’t be wrong, considering they own around 31% of that market.) Their dominance makes sense. Salesforce offers heavy-duty, enterprise-level CRM capabilities, which rivals long-term successful solutions from SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, and Adobe. That said, Salesforce certainly isn't the only CRM out there.
