Lifecycle Stage By Source

A few eps ago we talked about pipeline breakdown by source. Today, we’re talkin’ funnel breakdown. (When I’m talking pipeline, I’m referring to deals; when I’m talking funnel, I’m talking about contacts and their lifecycle stages).

We can visualize this a few different ways depending on what exactly we want to see, but what’s really important is our create date filter.

This report I just want to look at this quarter - how many contacts did we create from each original source, broken down by what lifecycle stage they’re at currently.

This allows me to see where my contacts came from this quarter, as well as how far along we’ve gotten them in our funnel.

[Heads Up] Changes to "Send Later" in Gmail

“Effective May 21, 2019, HubSpot's “send later” feature will be removed from Gmail.”

Basically, Gmail created this feature natively so you really don’t need it anymore! The only thing you lose is the “best time to send” feature:

Best time to send: (Sales Hub Professional or Enterprise only) select within 24 hours or Best time to send this week to schedule a time with a higher likelihood of opens, clicks, and replies based on the recipient's previous email engagement.
