Property of the Week: Ticket Property Series

Close Date

“The day the ticket was closed.”

Another standard property here - but one that will be hugely important to collect feedback and ensure customer delight.

Think: sending feedback survey 1 day or week after close date, OR workflows that send an email to a specific ticket CATEGORY (remember last week) after their close date to provide additional information on succeeding with your product/service.

Report More Accurately on your Contacts by Editing their Original Source Property

In addition, you can also import contacts and include original source information, updating new contacts in bulk as you add them to the HubSpot CRM.”
