Settle down there, fellow marketer. And guess what? I’m about to share them with you.

While there are other tools that have helped us along here at IMPACT, this list of ten has stood the test of time, both for us and for our clients.

So without further adieu, here’s our definitive list of the ten best SaaS marketing tools out there.

No thank you’s necessary. Give us a call at IMPACT and learn how we can help implement these tools for your campaign.

1. HubSpot

Any list worth its salt will most certainly include HubSpot’s Marketing Software. Why? Well, for starters, it makes all of our jobs easier (here’s looking at you, inbound marketers.) It’s simply hard to fathom executing an inbound marketing campaign without utilizing HubSpot’s tools. Can it be done? Well, can you have Oreo’s without milk? Perhaps, but come on, you’re better than that.

Aside from providing all the software necessary to create and manage your website pages and blogs, HubSpot’s software provides tools to track and measure the progress of your entire marketing campaign. This is where it truly shines.

It’s one thing to blog consistently and engage with your social media following, but if you don’t know any metrics behind your processes, it’s like playing baseball in the dark. You can swing as much as you want, but how will you ever really know how to get a hit?

10 Must-Have SaaS Marketing Tools & Platforms

As certified partners of HubSpot, our team here at IMPACT implements the HubSpot software into our own website as well as our clients in order to more effectively execute an inbound marketing campaign and measure the progress.

2. HootSuite

Being the savvy inbound marketer that you are, your company is surely taking advantage of social media by now, right? (Just nod and say yes.) If you’re anything like us, keeping up with posting to your various social media accounts enough to engage your followers effectively can get overwhelming.

Enter HootSuite. With this tool, you now have the ability to schedule out posts on your Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn accounts ahead of time. By automating some of your social media posts (don’t go full robot on your following), you’re freeing up time to do other things.

Not only does HootSuite provide the ability to schedule posts ahead of time, it also enables you to engage with your following right from HootSuite itself. Track all of your mentions and comments and reply instantly without logging into all of your social media accounts separately. Convenient, huh?

Schedule, engage, and monitor your social media all in one place

Hey, don’t be so hard on yourself. We banged our head against the desk when we first learned what we were missing out on with HootSuite too.

At IMPACT, HootSuite allows us to not only stay on top of our own social media engagement, but also those of our clients as well.

3. Salesforce

Is your sales team one missed communication away from putting their heads through the monitor? No need to “go postal.” Introduce a little CRM into their lives.

No inbound marketing campaign is complete without a great customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Here at IMPACT, we simply haven’t come across a more complete software than that of Salesforce.

By using Salesforce, you’re able to track every step of the sale. From phones calls and emails to working with colleagues, everything is tracked in one place, enabling your sales team to stay on top of every deal and also engage more effectively with prospective clients.

4. Shopify

All you ecommerce people listen up, this one’s for you.

Looking to sell products from your website, and quickly? Do yourself a favor and check out Shopify.

10 Must-Have SaaS Marketing Tools & Platforms

It’s an extremely easy-to-use online store builder that we use here at IMPACT to get our ecommerce clients shipping products quickly. It’s customizable, secure, and can save you both time and money.

5. JustUnfollow

Trying to build a social media following is quite a humbling experience. Why do I have only 36 followers? Why aren’t people liking my page?

Well, I’m here to tell you it’s not personal. Simply put, social networking is all about finding followers. Social media followers aren’t clamoring all over their keyboards trying to find pages to like, it happens organically…

…or by using JustUnfollow.

10 Must-Have SaaS Marketing Tools & Platforms

JustUnfollow provides you a much easier way for managing your Twitter following. For starters, it allows you to identify and unfollow users who are not following you back. This effectively trims the fat off your Twitter following and makes it more valuable.

You can also filter by industry in order to follow more relevant users. It’s also very quick, so you can actually grow your Twitter following pretty significantly in a short period of time.

6. Eventbrite

Hosting an event? Having a live, online webinar you’d like to invite your mailing list too?

With Eventbrite, you can create an event for free and also promote and manage it using the tools provided. You can also browse events in your area in case you don’t want to miss out on any local conferences in the future.

Using the event promotions tool enables you to raise awareness for your events and successfully increase the attendance of your event. Track your attendees through graphcs and charts in order to stay more organized.

7. GoToMeeting/GoToWebinar

You know what the problem is with face-to-face business meetings? Your breath. That’s right, we have to consume countless breath mints as to not offend prospective clients or business partners.

Well, no more. GoToMeeting allows you to host an online meeting with up to 25 people, right from your desk. That’s right, just enter the GoToMeeting and hang out until the rest of your group arrives. You can even share applications on your computer in real time, providing a more interactive feel to your meetings.

10 Must-Have SaaS Marketing Tools & Platforms

Also part of the GoToMeeting software is GoToWebinar. This is extremely helpful as you can conduct webinars with up to 1,000 people. You can set up a webinar in minutes, and as a result, generate more qualified traffic and leads, all right from you desk.

8. Crowdbooster

We’re all about analytics here at IMPACT (yeah, we know how to party), and there’s simply no better analytical tool for measuring your social media marketing then Crowdbooster.

The best thing about Crowdbooster isn’t all of the analytical data (although that’s obviously extremely beneficial), but rather the suggestions and tools offered to help you improve and strengthen your social media presence.

10 Must-Have SaaS Marketing Tools & Platforms

It’s easy to use as well, as you can connect with Crowdbooster right on their homepage using your Facebook or Twitter accounts to get started. To re-use the analogy from before, it’s easier to hit a homerun when you can see the ball (in this case, your analytics), than if you are swinging in the dark.

9. PRWeb

Many businesses neglect issuing press releases simply because they’re unsure how to even go about it, what news outlets to submit it to, and because they don’t know how the heck to write one.

PRWeb breaks down all of the above. It’s a news release service that walks you through each step of the process, even supplying you with a template of what your press release should look like, what to include, and even conducts an analysis when you’re done to check for improvements before you send it out.

10 Must-Have SaaS Marketing Tools & Platforms

Choosing news outlets and locations is easy as well, as there’s a menu where you simply click the cities and outlets where you’d like your press release to reach.

Soup to nuts, it shouldn’t take more than an hour to get a press release written and submitted, bringing in valuable traffic and leads you otherwise wouldn’t have access too.

10. Google Analytics

Ok, so we couldn’t leave Google out in the cold. Even though HubSpot analytics offers enough statistics and numbers to make an MIT grad student blush, Google Analytics is also an amazing tool for measuring traffic metrics for your website. You can even measure mobile sites and apps, adding further value to Google’s Analytical software.

10 Must-Have SaaS Marketing Tools & Platforms

In case you’re wondering, yes, HubSpot and Google Analytics can co-exist, and both can have a place in your marketing campaign.

Google gets really in depth regarding traffic metrics, categorizing all visitors by traffic type, and even segmenting visitors by country as well. It’s all about the details with Google Analytics.

Upgrade your SaaS Marketing Tools

Ok, we’re through keeping you, as I’m sure you’re ready to run off and register and implement some of these tools. Granted, there are other tools that we use here at IMPACT that are helpful, but these are the best of the best.
