Graphic design is one of the most creative processes when talking about web design, promotional materials, newspapers/magazines, advertisements, or general brand design like logos and corporate imagery. Designers must consider the medium for which the image will be displayed, the size of the image (and if that will be scaled in any way), and colors to be utilized throughout the project. However, designers have to also decide whether a raster or vector image is better for the end-product as well.
While this video doesn’t go into as much detail as we would like, it is a great introduction to raster vs. vector images. So, feel free to start a discussion below or ask any questions in the comment section.
