Position Summary:
We are seeking a self-motivated and creative graphic design intern proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to assist in the areas of designing for web and print. This individual will have the opportunity to work directly on big-time projects for big-name clients. - Understand a client’s needs and generate designs that match their identity and clearly deliver their message through design in a timely manner
- Support the management team with website creation
- Support the management team with design creation
- Support the management team with print layouts
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, XHTML, and Dreamweaver
- Understanding of JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL a plus
- Understanding of online software such as WordPress, Joomla, and OSCommerce a plus
- Must be proficient in Photoshop
- A strong understanding of Illustrator and Flash a plus
- A strong understanding of InDesign
