Since founding IMPACT in 2009, Bob oversaw the company through an accelerated growth period and developed a reputation as one of the top small business marketing agencies in Connecticut. Bob is best known for his dedication to developing creative inbound marketing campaigns that produce measurable results.

Ever since his youth, Tom remembers being fascinated with all things graphical, whether it was the special effects in movies and commercials or the action and animation in video games. It’s something he hasn’t been able to shake. He has built upon that passion ever since and therefore brings a unique skill set to IMPACT. His imagination combined with his graphic ability constantly amazes clients. Not only a special talent in the creative arena, Tom spearheads projects in a management capacity as well. You won’t find a product that goes out the door without a special touch from Tom. As part of the team, his day to day influence on design, logos, and layouts is enhanced by his ability to manipulate Vector and Raster based graphics. Each project that enters his department has specific client driven needs that are met with innovative solutions mixed with a little “wow” factor.

Since graduating from Marist College in 2009 with a degree in Communications, Natalie has stayed on top of the ever-changing marketing world. From understanding current trends to researching what’s coming next, she is an expert at using the best techniques for success with all types of businesses. Using innovative inbound marketing programs and techniques, Natalie works with clients to drive more leads and sales to reach and exceed desired goals. With unique approaches for each client, she plans to continuously develop her process with every project as newer methods are created.

Vin graduated from Quinnipiac University with a BA in Interactive Digital Design. Since then he has started studying for his Masters in Interactive Communication. His love for design and technology started at a young age playing video games. The passion for video game design transitioned into an affection for website design. Since joining the IMPACT Team as a web developer, Vin has broadened his skills to include Pay Per Click Advertising as well as PHP and Marketing. Vin is very dedicated to his work and pushes himself to stay up to date on web development, search engine optimization, social media and more. In his free time he enjoys a wide variety of music, video games, and comic books.

Bobby comes from a design background, but is fascinated by the power of online media. Not just a designer, he immerses himself in all things creative. From furniture design to typography, Bobby’s passion for the arts led him to where he is today. As a Graphic/Information Design graduate from Central Connecticut State University, Bobby offers unique angles to every project. His dedication to the field of design allows him to mix modern trends with design standards – creating logos, websites, and print media that offer fresh perspectives.

As the Administrative Specialist at IMPACT, Amy’s main job function is to manage the office. She is currently a student at Western Connecticut State University where her concentration is Communications and Writing. Amy is the welcoming face you see when you visit IMPACT, and the friendly voice you hear when you call. She is continuously teeming with new ideas. Her love for writing makes it easy to manage routine social media updates and produce website content. By having an organized nature she keeps the office running smoothly by managing tasks such as invoices, contracts and proposals. A passion for creativity fuels her drive for life. When Amy is not at work, she enjoys being outside, yoga, writing and painting.

As a journalism graduate from Southern Connecticut State University, John spent his study creating and publishing content in various formats, from marketing campaigns to writing, editing and reporting stories for several media outlets, including the New Haven Register and Connecticut Post.

With an extensive and award winning background in writing, John began nurturing this skill set through various marketing opportunities upon graduating, with work in content creation, copy writing, copy editing and brand development.

John brings a creative and professional approach to his work at IMPACT and continues to work diligently on honing his craft.

As a graphic design student at Paier College of Art, Amanda is acknowledged for being a perfectionist and paying attention to the fine details. With skills in page layout and composition, Amanda brings a sharp eye to the IMPACT team. Along with graphic design, Amanda is intrigued by paper art, package design and anything she can make by hand. Although its tedious work she loves the challenge. On her free time she enjoys going to Manhattan, hanging out with family and friends and working out.

Joe is a graphic designer with over 6 years of experience. He first became interested in Design in high school when he was introduced to poster designs by artists such as Paul Cheret and Alfons Mucha. This led him to pursue a degree in Design. In May 2011 he graduated Cum Laude from Central Connecticut State University with a Bachelors degree in Graphic Information / Design. Joe is familiar with all aspects of design- from print to web and everything in between. He is constantly reading articles and blogs to stay current on the industry standards.

Chris is a web developer who is currently working on his BA in Interactive Digital Design at Quinnipiac University.  His love for digital design began back in high school when he started studying web design and print design.  Since then, he has worked on developing his skills as both a developer and a designer.  Chris’ current skill set includes HTML, CSS, WordPress, and SEO. Known for his hard work ethic and his meticulous approach to design, he is constantly working on improving and staying up to date on the latest web standards. Outside of the office, he is very passionate about his favorite sports teams, and loves spending time with family and friends.

Professionally blogging and designing top search engine ranked web logs and websites for the past 5 years, Andy has published thousands of articles throughout a broad scope of topics. With a degree in both Psychology and English, he consistently ties his work into the behavioral and emotional responses of his audience through specific writing techniques and formulas. Along with his writing ability, Andy also specializes in Search Engine Optimization, social media marketing, and brand marketing. He is technically sound with XHTML, CSS, WordPress, and all social networking platforms. Through his experience, Andy innovatively creates blog articles that keep audiences coming back for more..

Paul Melluzzo

Paul specializes in film and video production, graphic design, and print with over 6 years experience in video and animation. His unique abilities allow him to maintain an original design “look” while ensuring that each production is accomplished to the highest grade of detail. Paul has worked as a crew member on two movies: “Assault of the Sasquatch” (iTunes / VideoOnDemand / Television) and “Opponent” (Starring Jeremy London and Roddy Piper – Post Production) with roles varying from Assistant Director to Visual Effects Artist. Paul has a wide array of tools he uses to execute each job. Programs such as Final Cut Studio, Adobe After Effects, and Softimage XSI aid in the video production and visual effects.
