After receiving the call right before HubSpot’s Inbound 2012 conference, our office erupted in an exchange of high-fives and “nice jobs!”
HubSpot analyzes the client success for all of its partner agencies on a quarterly basis and recognizes thriving agencies when they see fit. So needless to say, our staff here at IMPACT was extremely proud to be named a Gold Agency by HubSpot.

The Road to Becoming a Gold Certified Agency
Established in 2009, IMPACT started out primarily as a project based, web design company operating out of Ruffolo’s (@BobRuffolo) condo. After generating a large number of clients and a great business reputation in the community over a year and a half, Ruffolo and his partner Tom DiScipio (@TomDiScipio) were looking to shift their marketing and business more in line with modern methods as well as a retainer based business in order to have less clients, yet a more focused and effective approach.
Enter HubSpot and the world of inbound marketing in November of 2011, where IMPACT began introducing inbound marketing to its staff as well as clients in an effort to start generating more qualified traffic and leads from their website.
Needless to say, the team at IMPACT bought in instantly. Fast forward almost a year later, and you could imagine the pride in being honored as a Gold Certified Agency by HubSpot, the company who has played a big part in getting this agency to where it is today.
